Blood DNA Mini Kit

For reliable isolation of DNA from 50 to 400 μl of whole blood.

The column-based kit contains a special lysis buffer including proteinase K and all other required buffers for binding, washing and elution of the DNA. There are two protocols available for processing different whole blood quantities (400 μl whole blood and less than 400 μl whole blood).

The recommended elution volume is 200 μl. Depending on the amount and the required DNA concentration the elution volume may be varied and precisely tailored to the downstream application.
