Mit internem Referenzfarbstoff Rox.
Rox ist ein passiver, interner Referenzfarbstoff, der zur Normalisierung des Fluoreszenz-Reportersignals während der QPCR verwendet wird.
Die Endkonzentration des Rox-Farbstoffes im Reaktionsansatz beträgt 500 nM.
*EvaGreen® ist ein DNA-bindender Farbstoff mit vielen Eigenschaften, die gegenüber der Verwendung mit SYBR® Green I für die quantitative PCR viele Vorteile aufzeigen.
