Bio&SELL Hybridoma media 6 and 7 are serum free and fully defined media that can be used for the cultivation of various different hybridomas and the production of monoclonal antibodies. The Bio&SELL Hybridoma media are “ready to use” media and do not need to be supplemented.
- Monoclonal antibodies produced in Bio&SELL serum free Hybridoma medium are quicker and easier to purify than monoclonal antibodies produced in media containing serum.
- Due to the identical production and formulation of a fully definded medium there are no lot to lot variations leading to reproducible results. Bio&SELL Hybridoma media do not need supplementation with FCS. For this reason the culture of hybridoma cells is not influenced by the variations of different FCS lots.
- Bio&SELL Hybridoma medium 7 is completely protein free and therefore suited for highest requirements and your most sensitive experiments.
- To prevent interference of the indicator dye phenol red with chromogenic assays, Bio&SELL Hybridoma media 6 and 7 are both available with or without phenol red.
