Neuronal Cells Culture Medium

With the Neuro-BS Basal-Medium of Bio&SELL hippocampus, cortex and many other cells of the central nervous system can be cultivated. It is suitable for short and longer cell culture of neurons, without the need of a "feeder layer" of astrocytes. The medium thereby contains no glutamate. This should be added during the initial culture.

• With L-Glutamine
• Without Glutamate
• With 2.2 g/L NaHCO₃

Supplement the Neuro-BS Basal-Medium prior to use with serum or (for serum-free culture) with Bio&SELL supplements:
