EBSS

Earle's Balanced Salt Solution (EBSS) is a buffered, isotonic salt solution. EBSS is typically used to maintain physiological pH and osmolarity in cell culture applications. It also provides the cells with essential inorganic ions. EBSS is used for washing tissues and cells or in combination with additional reagents in the treatment of cells and tissues.

We offer EBSS contains sodium hydrogen carbonate (NaHCO₃) as a buffer system and is designed for use in an atmosphere with 5 % CO₂.
