5x Hot-Start PCR-Mastermix ‘ready-to-load’ is an optimised, ready-to-use solution for Hot-Start Polymerase Chain Reactions (PCR) with subsequent visualisation using agarose gel electrophoresis. The mix contains all the necessary reagents for a hot-start PCR (hot-start DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl2, dNTPs) in optimised concentrations. All you have to do is add your desired template DNA, primer and water and you can start immediately!
The included Hot-Start Taq DNA polymerase has a strong proof-reading activity and provides you with extremely accurate and exactly reproducible PCR results. The master mix also contains blue + yellow dye for identification of DNA fragments by agarose gel electrophoresis. 5x Hot-Start PCR-Mastermix can therefore be used directly and conveniently for loading an agarose gel (‘ready-to-load’).
Note: Our 5x PCR-Mastermix contains Tween-20. If a detergent-free buffer system is required, please contact us.

The Bio&SELL 5x Hot-Start PCR-Mastermix ‘ready-to-load’ is not suitable for applications with subsequent spectrophotometric measurements (absorbance or fluorescence measurements), as the two dyes contained may interfere with these applications.
