Loading Buffer 6x Orange G

Our loading buffer Orange G was developed for the optimal detection of DNA fragments (dissolved in water or TE buffer). It is 6x concentrated and contains the dye Orange G. The dye is characterized by its small size and migrates in a 1% agarose gel approximately at the level of a 50 bp DNA fragment. This means that Orange G does not interfere with the cutting of DNA fragments and facilitates the detection of DNA fragments without overlapping. In addition to EDTA and SDS, glycerol has been added to the buffer solution. This gives the loading buffer a higher density and ensures that it sinks perfectly into the pockets of your agarose gel. Our loading buffer thus reduces the risk of errors during sample loading and increases the quality of your results.
