High Resolution Agarose
Our high-resolution (+/-2 bp) agarose is specifically optimized for the separation of small nucleic acids (e.g., PCR products or small DNA fragments after restriction digestion) in the range of 50 bp to 1.500 bp. The agarose is a normal-melting specialty agarose with a melting point of < 89°C (4.0% gel) and a gelling point of < 40.0°C (4.0% gel).
Our agarose is derived from non-animal sources and is GMO-free.
Bio&SELL’s High-Resolution Agarose is a convenient alternative to polyacrylamide gels.
Its advantages:
- Less labor-intensive
- Significantly less expensive than polyacrylamide gels
- No handling of toxic substances such as PAAd
