Forensic Kit

The Forensic Kit is optimized for very fast and reliable DNA isolation from forensic samples such as traces of blood, fingerprints, saliva, semen, hair roots, chewing gum and cigarette filters in only approx. 10 min (after lysis). The column-based DNA purification and optimized buffers, which are virtually harmless to health, guarantee easy handling and a high level of safety. With our Forensic Kit you can isolate high-quality DNA (ratio_A260 /_A280: 1.7 - 2.0), which is ideal for subsequent downstream analyses such as PCR, qPCR or sequencing.
