SCRIPTUM High Precise is a one-step RT-PCR mix optimized for highly precise and at the same time very fast cDNA synthesis. The kit allows highly sensitive and specific reverse transcription with subsequent PCR conveniently in a single reaction tube (one-step). Our SCRIPTUM High Precise Kit achieves its high specificities through a genetically engineered reverse transcriptase with improved thermostability. In addition, the kit contains a genetically engineered Taq DNA polymerase with proof reading activity that works 2x as fast as a normal Taq polymerase. With our SCRIPTUM High Precise One-Step Mix you achieve 50x higher accuracy with twice as fast elongation than with a conventional cDNA kit.
Our SCRIPTUM High Precise Kit contains all necessary reagents for RT-PCR (reverse transcription with subsequent PCR) except template and primer.
