Tissue direct 2x PCR-Mastermix

For PCR reactions directly from the tissue lysates

The Bio&SELL Tissue Direct 2x PCR Mastermix enables a PCR reaction directly from the tissue or cell lysate without purifying the DNA beforehand:

• Simply transfer 1-3µl of lysate (preparation approx. 5min) into the Mastermix and start the PCR reaction
• The process takes place in a single reaction vessel
• Excellently suited for frequently tested genes within routine screening
• For genomic DNA from tissues of various origins
• The mix is stable for 1 month at room temperature, up to 3 months at +4°C and at least 12 months at - 20°C
• Includes: lysis buffer, pipetting and PCR protocols
