Our PCR-Mastermix is a 5x concentrated, ready-to-use solution for polymerase chain reactions (PCR). It contains all components for efficient PCR (DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl2 and dNTPs) in optimum concentration. All you need to do is add your desired template DNA, primer and water.

Note: Our 5x PCR Mastermix contains Tween-20, please contact us if you require a detergent-free buffer system.
