SCRIPTUM-37 Reverse Transcriptase (RT) (200 U/µl) is an M-MuLV reverse transcriptase that rapidly and specifically generates cDNA. Our SCRIPTUM-37 RT has an optimum temperature of 37°C and a high RNA affinity. The enzyme is ideally suited for routine applications with simple RNA templates (100 bp - 7 kb).
